Escola Arquitecte Gaudí

Escola Arquitecte Gaudí is a public center in Sant Feliu de Llobregat that provides early childhood and primary education. In the early childhood stage, it serves from I3 to I5, and in primary, from first to sixth grade. The students are organized into three communities with their own names: Dracs, which includes the early childhood courses; Arlequins, with first, second, and third grades of primary; and Tortugues, with fourth, fifth, and sixth grades. The center offers support for diversity, a school cafeteria, a library, and extracurricular activities, and works with Spanish, Catalan, and English. It also has a parents' association (AMPA).

Much of the center's activity is structured around projects. The figure of Antoni Gaudí is a recurring theme: in I5, a project on flowers has been developed, and the fourth-grade students have researched the use of rainwater inspired by Parc Güell. Other mentioned projects include 'Soterra...què?', presented by the group Guerrers i Guerreres de Gaudí; 'Experts en acció', in sixth grade; the Magnet project 'Què és per mi una casa?', in first grade, with the class Les Cases del Món; a cooperative radio program about Gaudí; and intercicle workshops in the Tortugues community. The center celebrates a Fira de Projectes and has launched its own anthem. Early childhood students go on outings to natural and heritage environments, and relaxed entries with families have been implemented in early childhood.
