Terra Valldoreix

Terra Valldoreix is a conscious school located in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Valldoreix) that works with its own pedagogy and offers personalized and comprehensive education. It supports each child to be the protagonist of their own educational process, paying attention to emotional well-being, autonomy, and learning. At the time of inquiry, the center is accepting enrollments for early childhood education and primary education, for ages 3 to 8, and plans to gradually open the following levels: Primary (9-11 years), Secondary (12-15 years), and Bachillerato (16-17 years).

The pedagogical proposal is structured around eleven dimensions of conscious education, addressing areas such as technological, ecological, entrepreneurial, financial, artistic, scientific, social, communicative, emotional, physical, and spiritual. The center offers trilingual support: students communicate daily in English, Spanish, and Catalan with reference persons for each language. Learning groups and spaces are organized with a maximum of ten children per facilitator.

The pedagogical team is called facilitators and has undergone its own process of self-knowledge and personal transformation. The architecture of the center is designed to serve learning, with versatile environments equipped with varied materials that promote active, creative, and collaborative learning. The connection with nature is part of the project, aiming to foster environmental respect and physical and emotional well-being. The center also offers a free online course on conscious education aimed at families.
