St. Michael's Royal School (Britanico)

St. Michael's School is a private bilingual education center. Its offerings range from Babies classes, accessible from 4 months old, to stages such as Early Childhood Education, Primary, compulsory secondary education (ESO), and Bachillerato (upper secondary, ages 16–18), with English and French among its languages.

The educational project of the school is oriented towards the whole person, understood as a totality in which thought, emotion, sensation, and action form a set. Its objectives aim to encompass the cognitive — the development of intellectual capacities and memory —, the affective — the motivations, attitudes, interests, and values of the student — and the artistic, both in its musical and plastic aspects. Through perceptual-motor objectives, manipulative education, and the development of expressiveness and creativity, students are reinforced in openness, vital optimism, initiative, and sociability. The change in students is the reason for school activity, so that the activities of the teacher are means to that end.

Among its activities are sports and extracurriculars, summer camps, and trips to the United Kingdom, such as the one made by 6th-grade students to Edinburgh and Ford Castle. The school's football teams participate in competitions in the Community of Madrid. The use of uniforms is mandatory for all students, including sports uniforms for gym and sports days. The school is a founding partner of Alfonso X El Sabio University and a member of the National Association of British Schools in Spain and ACADE, Association of Autonomous Teaching Centers.
