DOÑA JIMENA

CEPA Doña Jimena is a public educational center under the Junta de Castilla y León dedicated to the education of adults. It is located in San Esteban de Gormaz (Soria) and has a section in El Burgo de Osma. In the vicinity of its headquarters are the other educational centers of the locality.

Its educational offerings include Secondary Education, with modules in scientific-technological, linguistic (Language and English), and social fields, as well as preparation for the free Secondary exam. It also provides literacy and basic knowledge education, as well as specialized courses in foreign language competence and digital competence. The center offers workshops in Social Health Care and Hospitality and Tourism, in addition to Arabic workshops, and has Aula Mentor and Virtual Classroom.

Among its documents and plans are the educational project of the center, the TIC plan (CoDiCe TIC), the internal regulations, the coexistence plan, the reading plan, and the equality plan. It has a radio and library, with initiatives such as the summer reading challenge, literary radio capsules, and literary recommendations, and organizes extracurricular activities. It has participated in a European learning partnership project with visits to Hungary, France, Norway, Turkey, and Spain. The curriculum is taught in Spanish.
