Escola Vora Mar

Escola Vora Mar is a public center for Early Childhood and Primary Education in Salou. It offers Early Childhood and Primary Education stages, has a school cafeteria, and features a website with informative sections about pre-registration and enrollment, as well as a specific space dedicated to English. The center has a family association (AFA) that participates in organizing celebrations, including the end-of-year party.

Throughout the school year, the school develops various activities and its own projects. In terms of mobility, students go on bicycle outings around the municipality accompanied by the Local Police and participate in a road safety education program conducted by officers from this body along with the Salou City Council. The school has a school garden, where fourth-grade students plant and harvest products, and publishes its own magazine, Manotes. Among the events it organizes are the graduations for Early Childhood Education (I5) and sixth grade of Primary, as well as the end-of-year festival. The center also promotes a council of delegates to encourage student participation in the center's decisions and celebrates World Poetry Day. It also carries out the Tan Amigos project in its SIEI and, in Early Childhood Education, activities such as the minimons of traditional tales in I3, in addition to initiatives like Llibrepati in Primary. Students go on outings, such as a visit to the Escola Municipal de Música de Salou, and the center provides information about summer camps.
