Escola Tarlatana

Escola Tarlatana is a public center in Sabadell that presents itself as a nearby school and adopts the motto that it is impossible to think alone. It offers the second cycle of Early Childhood Education and the Primary stage, with Spanish and Catalan as working languages.

The center has its own educational project, as well as organizational and operational rules, a coexistence project, a linguistic project, a management project, and a digital strategy for the center. Children are organized into groups with names like Picarols, Baldufes, Tobogans, Kapla, Xarranca, Bòlit, Mikado, Bumerang, and Calidoscopi. Among the spaces of the school are classrooms, a library, a light space, a laboratory, an outdoor space, an art workshop, and other areas, in addition to a space dedicated to art.

It develops various projects, including yoga, the Educational Transformation Laboratory, Tantàgora, First in the water, lunchtime, the literary week, and documentation. It has a social team and dining service, and offers care. The center publishes information about pre-registration and enrollment, the school calendar, the schedule, and the start-of-course meetings.
