Institut Torrent Dels Alous

Institut Torrent dels Alous is a public secondary education center located in Rubí. It offers compulsory secondary education (ESO) and Bachillerato (upper secondary, ages 16–18), and works with Catalan, Spanish, and English, with the support of a conversation assistant. It has a cafeteria service and a library, with its own usage instructions, as well as reading-related initiatives such as the Torrent llegeix space and a school magazine. It also has an AFA and a school council.

The center has its own educational project and management project. Among its projects are the linguistic project, the coexistence project, the Aula Oberta, Avancem, STEAM, and the Community Service, in addition to international projects. It participates in the program for hiring social integration technicians and social educators. Its organization includes teaching departments, including the Language Department and the Technology Department. It also develops a Digital Center Strategy (EDC), with areas such as digital culture and strategy, along with training directed at families in digital tools, and has the Punt Rainbow.
