Las Rozas I

IES Las Rozas I is a public secondary education institute located in the center of Las Rozas de Madrid. It was founded in 1978 and serves about 500 students in ESO, Bachillerato, and Vocational Training. Its educational offerings include ESO, Bachillerato, the Basic Professional Title in Administrative Services, the Special Modality Professional Program in Administrative Services, the Intermediate Vocational Training in Administrative Management, and the Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance.

The center has been bilingual in English and Spanish since September 2017, as part of the bilingual program of the Community of Madrid. Since the 2010/2011 school year, it has participated in the Technological Innovation Project of the Community of Madrid, and since the 2022/2023 school year, it has been developing an Educational Innovation Project based on the use of audiovisual technology to improve the quality of teaching. In the artistic field, it applies the ClassBand Yamaha method and forms a music band in each group throughout ESO. It offers a school transport service and has a school garden. Additionally, students participate in projects such as Retotech.
