Institut Lluís Domènech i Montaner is a public secondary school in Reus, in the Baix Camp region, offering compulsory secondary education (ESO) and Bachillerato (upper secondary, ages 16–18), as well as medium and higher vocational training (FP) programs and training and insertion programs (PFI and IFE). It provides a school transport service, with established routes and schedules by course, and its offerings include professional certificates, such as machining by chip removal.
The center develops applied innovation projects in the field of vocational training focused on collaborative robotics. In these initiatives, carried out together with other vocational training centers and technology companies, safe and transportable stations have been designed to bring cobots closer to ESO and Bachillerato students and help reduce the gender gap. Some of these projects have addressed real challenges in sectors such as winemaking, through functional installations for handling and packaging bottles.
Among the activities and initiatives of the institute are the Bústia Lila, a mathematical photography contest, and a science space linked to Canal Reus. The center organizes open house days for ESO and Bachillerato and provides information on pre-registration, enrollment, and academic degrees.
