Santa Rita

Santa Rita is a private school in Palencia that offers Early Childhood Education (0-3 years), Preschool Education (3-6 years), Primary Education, and Secondary Education. Teaching is conducted in Spanish, with an introduction to English from the earliest stages.

Its educational project is inspired by Augustinian values—interiority, community, and solidarity—and places the individual at the center of the teaching process, attending to the rhythm and questions of each student. The school is committed to addressing diversity and supports both students who require specific assistance and those with high abilities; for this purpose, it has a Therapeutic Pedagogy Area and a specific program for high abilities. In the 0 to 3 years stage, work is organized around routines, play, affection, and exploration, taking care of individual rhythms and emotional education, while promoting motor skills, language, curiosity, and autonomy. The first contact with English occurs through songs, games, and simple routines. The facilities include spacious and bright classrooms, rest areas, changing and hygiene zones, and materials adapted to each age. The team for this stage consists of professionals specialized in early childhood care and maintains daily communication with families.
