Institut Montserrat Miró I Vila

Institut Montserrat Miró is a public secondary educational center located in Montcada i Reixac. It offers the stages of ESO and Bachillerato, with Spanish and Catalan as working languages. The center has a cafeteria, school transportation, and extracurricular activities, and it has an AMPA.

Its center documentation includes the educational project (PEC), the linguistic project, the rules of coexistence and operation (NOFC), the management project, strategic documentation, and the center's digital strategy. Among the services offered are the library, the welcome classroom, and the mediation service, along with the educational innovation program #aquiproubullying. It also has a locker rental service, the Niu de llibres initiative, and a book return mailbox, as well as a classroom library in 1st year of ESO.

Regarding center projects, the institute develops the Campus Ítaca, the POAP (academic and professional orientation plan), the MUFPS educational innovation program, and interdisciplinary learning and service projects such as Reviu Montcada i Reixac and Reviu l'Edat Mitjana, in addition to the Vivint l'Arqueologia initiative linked to the Les Maleses site. Students participate in environmental awareness campaigns, such as a recycling initiative in 2nd year of ESO that culminated in the planting of an olive tree in the schoolyard.
