Escola Mont Cós - ZER El Llierca

The center offers the first cycle of early childhood education (0-3 years), the second cycle of early childhood education (3-6 years), and the primary stage (6-12 years). The language of instruction is Catalan.

Escola Mont Cós is part of the ZER El Llierca, a rural school zone that groups early childhood and primary education in the Garrotxa area. The center is publicly owned and is located in Montagut i Oix.

Early childhood education students participate in outings to Parc Nou and its surroundings and visits to the Mas La Coromina farm. They also participate in workshops, including those dedicated to Sant Jordi.

In the middle cycle of primary education, outings to the Llierca river are organized.

In early childhood education, musical contents are worked on with a repertoire of songs that is collected by trimesters.

The center has the participation of the AFA in some of its celebrations and joint activities, such as the school festival. Additionally, it shares workshops and cycle proposals with the rest of the ZER.
