Intelhorce

CEIP Intelhorce is a public educational center located in the Churriana district of Málaga. It offers education in Early Childhood Education, in its two cycles (0-3 and 3-6 years), and Primary Education (6-12). Among its facilities, it has a school library, gymnasium, athletics track, and school garden, and provides complementary services such as cafeteria, morning classroom, and school transport, as well as extracurricular activities. Teaching is conducted in Spanish and English, with the participation of conversation assistants.

The center develops the project 'Around the World' for the 2025/2026 school year and operates as an eco-school. Its school library is named after José Manuel Luque. Among the activities it promotes are yoga workshops, school swimming, light table, digital competence, and the celebration of '100 days of school'. It also has a family school that addresses topics such as developmental growth, self-esteem, boundaries, behavior modification, emotions, family relationships, autonomy, technology, and stage change, and publishes the newspaper Arco Iris.

The educational community maintains an active life: it celebrates an annual gathering at the Jara estate, with games and a food fair, as well as graduations and end-of-year parties. The center participates in milk supply and fruit consumption plans. The school cafeteria remains free of charge, while the morning classroom is subject to a discount, processes that must be requested each school year. Currently, the center is relocating its headquarters to CEIP El Tarajal.
