Clara Campoamor

CEIP Clara Campoamor is a public school for Early Childhood and Primary Education located in Málaga, in the surroundings of the Litoral Park, near the Ciudad de Málaga Athletics Stadium, the Inacua Aquatic Center, the Ciudad de la Raqueta, and the Martín Carpena Sports Palace. The center consists of an Early Childhood Education module, a Primary Education module, a dining and kitchen module, a gym, sports fields (including an athletics track), a multipurpose room, and a library. It offers Early Childhood (first and second cycle) and Primary education, and the teaching is conducted in Spanish, with English as a language present in the curriculum. The center is well connected by public transport, with bus stops in the vicinity of the Sports Palace.

The center offers a school dining service and publishes lists of textbooks and materials for the different courses of Early Childhood and Primary Education. It also organizes open house days for families. Among its documents, the center has protocols for action in case of school accidents and high temperatures, a guide on the proper use of mobile phones, and an information sheet for conversation assistants, indicating the presence of assistants at the center. It also provides information on European funds, on NEAE scholarships for students with specific educational support needs, and allows for the occasional use of its facilities.

The educational project of the center is included in its Center Plan, which includes, among others, the educational project, the organization and functioning regulations, the management project, the coexistence plan, the objectives of the Primary stage, and specific objectives for improving academic performance. Additionally, the center develops various plans and programs, such as the equality plan, the reading treatment plan, the promotion of mathematics, emotional management, health education, and inclusive recesses, among others. It also has a strategic improvement plan, publishes the school calendar, and organizes coexistence workshops for the second and third cycles of Primary, as well as educational reinforcement activities and a coexistence commitment procedure.
