Gsd Las Artes

GSD Las Artes is a semi-private school of the GSD cooperative located in the Madrid district of Villa de Vallecas, in a growing area. The cooperative maintains its commitment to the neighborhood with this center, and the educational project of the school aims to train supportive, tolerant, and committed citizens.

The center offers the first cycle of early childhood education (0 to 2 years) at the GSD Kids Nursery School, located in front of the school, which allows for educational and organizational continuity from the earliest years of schooling. The center itself provides the second cycle of early childhood education (3 to 5 years), primary education, compulsory secondary education (ESO), and Bachillerato (upper secondary, ages 16–18). The vocational training (FP) offer includes medium and higher degree cycles in daytime mode; among the medium degree programs, Administrative Management Technician is offered, and among the higher degree programs, Higher Technician in Administration and Finance and Higher Technician in Early Childhood Education. Higher degree cycles are also offered remotely: Networked Computer Systems Administration, Web Application Development, and Early Childhood Education.

Among its services are the cafeteria, with menus adapted to different dietary needs (gluten-free, egg-free, milk-free, legume-free, and fish-free), as well as breakfast and snacks, school transport, early risers, extended hours, and extracurricular activities. Teaching is conducted in Spanish and English. The center has its own plans such as the Inclusion Plan, the Coexistence Plan, and the Digital Plan, and has a sports club and a center for arts and culture.
