CEPA Las Rosas is a public education center for adults that began its activities in the 2001/2002 academic year, resulting from the merger of CEA Joaquín Costa and CEAS San Blas. It is located in the Arcos neighborhood, in the San Blas district, in the eastern area of Madrid, and occupies a three-story building within the IES Quevedo premises.
Its teaching is free and adapts to the characteristics of adult students, with morning and afternoon schedules designed to be compatible with work and family life. It is aimed at individuals over 18 years old who need or wish to improve their basic education, whether to update knowledge or to obtain the Secondary Education Graduate degree. The center also offers two specific operational workshops for people with disabilities: one in computer science and another in English.
Among its training proposals are the Aula Mentor courses, which are open for registration to interested individuals.
