Juan De Valdes-Evangelico

Juan de Valdés School is a private center located in the San Blas – Las Rosas neighborhood of Madrid, offering educational continuity from early childhood education to Bachillerato (upper secondary, ages 16–18). Its educational project is organized around five pillars: life skills, international projection, science, technology and sustainability, sports and healthy habits, and personalized education. The center aims for students to complete their schooling with a solid profile, capable of facing challenges with criteria, responsibility, and social sensitivity.

Project-Based Learning is the methodological approach of the school, where students explore, create, and learn by connecting curiosity, creativity, and knowledge. In the scientific and technological field, STEAM projects are developed from early childhood education to Bachillerato, with proposals such as Funtastic Science in early childhood and tools like Scratch and Bebras in primary education, reinforced by an interdisciplinary STEAM Week. The center also pays attention to emotional development through experiential workshops to recognize and express emotions, individual support programs tailored to each stage, and a Mediation Program in which students take an active role in the peaceful resolution of conflicts. Regarding English, the school aims for students to achieve a high level and prepares Cambridge exams.

The stages offered include early childhood education (first and second cycle), primary education, compulsory secondary education (ESO), and Bachillerato. The center has a library, cafeteria, gym, and playground, and offers cafeteria services and extracurricular activities. The languages offered are Spanish, English, and German.
