Formacion, Deporte Y Empleo Escuela Deportiva

Formación, Deporte y Empleo (FDYE) is a private school dedicated to training football coaches. It offers levels 1, 2, and 3 of coaching, which correspond to the initial course of the Intermediate Degree in Sports Technician in Football, the final course of that intermediate degree —equivalent to UEFA A level— and the Higher Degree or UEFA Pro, respectively. The courses are semi-presential and are organized into common, specific, complementary, and practical blocks.

Access to level 1 requires ESO or equivalent and passing physical and technical circuit tests. Level 2 requires completion of level 1, while level 3 requires level 2, Bachiller or equivalent —replaceable by other accreditations— and at least six months of experience as a level 2 coach, accredited by the territorial federation. For international students, the school advises on the recognition of studies and visa processing. Additionally, it specifically prepares those who do not have the required qualification to obtain the Intermediate or Higher Degree in Sports Teaching and promotes the figure of the female coach.

Training is provided at locations in Madrid and Vigo, in Galicia, with plans to open a new location in Andalucía. In Madrid, theoretical classes take place at Colegio Santo Ángel de la Guarda and Colegio Santa María, and practical sessions at football fields pending accreditation. In Galicia, the theoretical block occurs at Colegio LABOR and practical sessions at San Esteban football field, both in the afternoon. Each level qualifies to coach in different categories: level 1 allows directing youth teams up to the autonomous category and, in women's football, up to national league; level 2 covers amateur up to First autonomous, youth up to National, and women up to Super League; and level 3 qualifies for any male or female category, including national teams.
