Cucutras Las Rosas

Cucutras Las Rosas is a private preschool (CEI Cucutras S.L.) located in Madrid, in the San Blas-Canillejas district, in the Hortaleza / Canillas area. It serves the first cycle of Early Childhood Education (0-3 years), with an educational project in Spanish and English, and is accredited by the Community of Madrid, which informs about the deadlines for the 0-3 years scholarships from CAM. It also manages childcare vouchers from companies such as UP, Edenred, and Pluxee.

Its English project aims to introduce children to the understanding and use of the English language through its continuous use in daily expressions of the day: arrival and greeting, assembly, project sheets and intelligence bits, lunch, playground, dining room, bathroom, nap, songs, stories, and farewell. The educational task is organized around four aspects of the child's life: play, hygiene, nutrition, and rest, with a playful approach in which the child works with real and manipulable objects. The center aims for children to grow in a physical and emotional environment rich in stimuli to develop their abilities through activities, games, early stimulation in babies (massages), psychomotricity, plastic, body, and musical expression, bilingual project, and swimming. Families receive information about the educational process through a digital school agenda regarding nutrition, rest, hygiene, and other notes, personal meetings with the tutor, a report at the end of each evaluation, and quarterly meetings; there is also a Parents' School led by the center's psychopedagogue.

The center has facilities of nearly 300 m2, with classrooms featuring natural lighting and ventilation and a personalized classroom for each age group, equipped with rest areas with beds, as well as accessible bathrooms where children work on their autonomy and hygiene habits. It has a large room for psychomotor work, a semi-covered playground, and a park with a children's area. The spaces are equipped with educational materials and playful resources adapted to different ages. It is open Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM (in July, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM), with flexible hours and different options depending on the hours of stay and whether the child has breakfast, lunch, or snacks at school. It offers a dining room, where it daily prepares purees and fruit porridge adapted to each age and stage, as well as special diets.
