Pio Baroja

The public educational center Pío Baroja is located in Madrid, in the Moratalaz district. It offers Early Childhood Education (first and second cycle), Primary Education, and Compulsory Secondary Education. Among its facilities and services, it has a library, cafeteria, gym, playground, infirmary, and extracurricular activities. Teaching is provided in Spanish and English.

The school cafeteria has its own kitchen, which prepares homemade meals. In the cafeteria, the Gourmet Table is organized, an initiative in which students from different Primary courses participate. The center develops pedagogical plans to encourage reading and a STEM approach. It also celebrates activities such as Carnival, with the participation of the educational community, and organizes cultural outings, including a visit to the National Museum of Science and Technology. Additionally, it carries out a language immersion plan in English for 6th-grade Primary students and uses the virtual classroom to monitor activities.
