Virgen Del Cortijo

The CEIPSO Virgen del Cortijo is a public bilingual center in the Community of Madrid that offers Early Childhood, Primary, and Secondary Education, allowing students to attend from the age of 3 until ESO without changing schools. Its educational offer is structured around active learning, with methodologies such as project-based learning, gamification, cooperative work, and the use of new technologies, and it includes an English teaching program. The center has a library and offers activities in robotics, music, sports, theater, and languages, in addition to promoting coexistence, respect, and emotional education.

Among its projects, the center has a Digitalization Plan and develops a literacy line in the Early Childhood stage based on a constructivist approach, aimed at making learning meaningful, respecting the developmental stage of students, and addressing diversity. The center publishes information directed at families, such as lists of textbooks, enrollment forms for Early Childhood and Primary, and guidance on shared custody, and organizes open house days.
