San Pol Ii

La Escuela Infantil Iris II is a private center authorized by the Community of Madrid, located in the Hortaleza neighborhood of Madrid. It is open all year round, from Monday to Friday, from 07:15 to 18:15 hours. Its methodology is based on play, and the educational projects are developed by the teachers according to the developmental level of each child, with the aim of promoting the development of each little one.

The center has a catering service for lunch, which prepares the menus daily and adapts them to the needs of each student (celiac, allergic, or intolerant to any food). It conducts psychomotricity sessions aimed at developing sensory, perceptual, representative, communicative, and expressive abilities through the interaction of the body with the environment, and works on sensory stimulation so that children acquire a greater capacity for learning. Once a week, students can attend swimming classes, whose main objective is to familiarize them with the aquatic environment. Additionally, it offers workshops, summer camp, and days without school, where children can be taken during school holidays.

Families can benefit from scholarships for early childhood education granted by the Community of Madrid. The center also accepts daycare vouchers from Sodexo, Chèque Déjeuner (Educainfantil), and Edenred Ticket Guardería. The school maintains permanent contact with families, understanding that they form a single team to care for and help children grow, in order to help reconcile family and work life.
