La Milagrosa

Colegio Virgen Milagrosa, linked to the Fundación Educación y Evangelio, is a private center in Madrid, in the Hortaleza district. It offers Early Childhood Education and Primary Education as a bilingual center with a single line, which gives it a small and family-like character, with personal and close treatment. Its teaching staff aims to accompany students so they can grow happily and achieve their goals, trying to combine intellectual and emotional development.

The educational offer of the center is based on an innovative methodology that includes early stimulation, cooperative learning, corners, and projects. The educational community works together in a warm climate, with tolerance and respect present in daily life. The development of digital competence has a prominent weight through the TIC-TAC-TEP project: students use tablets from the age of 3 and, starting from 5th and 6th grade, also work with Chromebooks and develop robotics projects, with a focus on research, design, and discovery. The teaching of English as a foreign language is one of the hallmarks of the center, aimed at reinforcing students' communicative competence.

The center maintains the values of the Vincentian ideology, with help for the most needy as a main feature, and places the Gospel and the model of Jesus of Nazareth as a guiding thread to promote the human, spiritual, and intellectual development of students. Among its projects is the service-learning project 'A tu lado', focused on intergenerational encounters, and a week of linguistic immersion at Farm Camp. The center has an educational platform that facilitates continuous communication between families and teachers, a section of information for families with data on extracurricular activities and services, and the official sale of uniforms at the center.
