Marques De Suanzes

CEIP Marqués de Suanzes is a public center for Early Childhood and Primary Education located in Madrid, in the Ciudad Lineal district. It offers both cycles of Early Childhood Education, from 0 to 6 years old, and the Primary Education stage. Among its services, it has a school cafeteria, school transport, and extracurricular activities.

The school cafeteria is a space with its own activities: scholarship announcements and lists of accepted and excluded students are published, thematic days are organized, and sixth-grade students create their own menus. The center trains its team of cafeteria monitors. The school also has a school garden, where workshops and coexistence days open to families are organized, and it has participated in a school garden competition, as well as a school radio, Radio Suanzes, with live programs and interviews.

Throughout the school year, projects and activities are developed such as the study of the human body and cells, visits to the farm, an enrichment program, theater in English, and proposals organized by the AMPA, including a science activity for students. The center also celebrates Carnival, Halloween, Book Day, Radio Day, Diversity Day, Children's Rights Day, and Christmas, and works on the development of inclusive playgrounds.
