Cangurito

Cangurito is a private early childhood education center located in the Ciudad Lineal district of Madrid. It offers the first cycle of early childhood education (0-3 years) and the second cycle (3-6 years). Its educational project revolves around curiosity, exploration, creativity, and emotion as the axes of learning. The center respects the individual developmental pace of each child, promotes their autonomy, and avoids training, providing tools for them to learn independently. Its mission is to be a place where culture, music, art, movement, and emotions are breathed, offering the foundations for children to build their knowledge, skills, and competencies.

Among its services, the center offers a dining room, flexible hours, active communication with families, health insurance, agreements with companies, workshops with parents, celebration of special days, summer camp, and days without school. Additionally, it has a library and video library. It complements its proposal with activities such as Tiny Ballet, Mandarin Chinese, music and movement, conversation, psychomotricity, children's yoga, theater, art, pre-writing/pre-mathematics, literacy, LEGO constructions, outings to cultural events, and environmental discovery outings.

Regarding Mandarin Chinese, it is taught through the company Enjoy Mandarín, with teachers trained by the SINEWS Multilingual Therapy Institute, which prepares children for the Confucius Institute exam. Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays in small groups of 4 to 8 years, and workshops in Chinese are offered on Saturday mornings for children aged 2 to 6 years. The center also organizes 'Stimulus Rain', a monthly activity for parents and children that promotes development through the senses and movement, and infant massage sessions for mothers with babies under one year old.
