Fernando El Catolico

CEIP Fernando El Católico is a public center for Early Childhood and Primary Education located in the Madrid district of Chamberí. It offers Early Childhood Education stages, both the first cycle (0-3) and the second (3-6), as well as Primary Education (6-12). It has a bilingual program and provides a cafeteria service and extracurricular activities. The center is recognized as a preferred TEA center and has an orientation team.

The educational project of the school is structured around various plans and programs. These include the school garden within sustainable education, the Responsible Education program, the ICT Plan and the Digital Center Plan, the school playground project, Innovamat, the Planea Network, and the reading and literacy promotion program. In the musical field, the center has an orchestra and the Music Mind Games program, as well as a school radio, Onda FER. It also implements a coexistence plan, an internal regulations code, and a harassment-free zone plan.

The center maintains a website with information for families and has an AFA (families association). It communicates with families through the Roble/Raíces platform and the EducaMadrid email, and publishes general information, cafeteria menus, textbooks, and the school calendar.
