Educational Overview in Arganzuela

Arganzuela, a district of Madrid, has a wide educational offer in the catalog. The most frequent presence corresponds to private centers, followed by public centers and, to a lesser extent, concerted ones. This variety of ownership allows for options with different organizational models within the district itself.

The stages included in the catalog cover from Early Childhood first cycle (0-3) and Early Childhood second cycle (3-6) to Primary, ESO, and Baccalaureate. Vocational Training is also included, with Basic Vocational Training, Intermediate Vocational Training, and Higher Vocational Training, so the cataloged offer includes both ordinary school pathways and training routes after ESO.

Languages and Educational Approaches

Regarding teaching languages, Spanish and English are the most present languages in the centers of the Arganzuela catalog. Options with French and Catalan are also listed, according to the information available for certain centers. This combination reflects a diverse linguistic offer within the district, although the presence of each language depends on each specific educational project.

The curricula available in the catalog include the Spanish curriculum and Montessori proposals. Most of the offer is organized around the Spanish curriculum, while Montessori appears as a specific methodological alternative within some registered centers.
