Kids Retiro

Kids Retiro is a private preschool located in the Retiro neighborhood of Madrid, catering to children aged 0 to 3 years. Its educational team consists of educators with experience and training in multiple intelligences, neuro-pedagogy, and affective methodology. The center aims to support the natural upbringing of babies.

The facilities are organized into five classrooms distributed by age: one for the 0 to 1-year age group, two for the 1 to 2-year age group, and two for the 2 to 3-year age group. All classrooms are equipped with safety measures designed for these ages, such as padded corners in classrooms and hallways, a webcam that allows families to see the children, and adapted doors to prevent pinched fingers. The baby classroom has a hygiene area with a bathtub and changing table, a play area with mats for activities, and a rest area with a crib for each baby. The classrooms for 1 to 2 years have a hygiene area with a sink and toilet adapted to their height, a play area, and another with tables and chairs for meals. The classrooms for 2 to 3 years also have hygiene and play areas. The school has a large playground with a big ball pit and a psychomotor area with soft flooring. Additionally, it has a spacious dining room used by children aged 2 to 3 years, where, besides eating, they stimulate taste and learn social norms and coexistence, and a kitchen that prepares menus adapted to each stage of development while considering food allergies.

The center organizes Days without School during Christmas, Easter, June, July, and August, with camps that include motor games, rule games, workshops, crafts, music, stories, and poetry. It also offers birthday celebrations in its facilities, with games, face painting, and surprises.
