Jardin De Las Delicias

El Jardín de las Delicias is a private preschool located in the Arganzuela neighborhood of Madrid, dedicated to the education of children aged 0 to 3 years since 1976. The center was established with the vocation to educate the youngest and is authorized by the Community of Madrid, complying with current legal regulations. It occupies a chalet in a well-connected residential area, next to the Delicias metro station and accessible by bus and car.

The school has three units: 0-1 years, 1-2 years, and 2-3 years. The classrooms are spacious and bright, with large windows that provide natural light and climate control systems. The 0-1 years classroom has differentiated spaces for rest, activities, movement, and hygiene; the 1-2 years classroom is organized by activity zones with restrooms and play areas; and the 2-3 years classroom is structured by corners, with age-appropriate bathrooms to work on toilet training and autonomy. The center has a dining room with its own kitchen, a multipurpose room for psychomotricity and workshops, equipped with audiovisual equipment, and a private outdoor patio of 75 square meters with rubber flooring and play elements such as slides, outdoor toys, and children's vehicles. The facilities meet the safety standards required by law.

Its methodology is based on interpersonal relationships and play, in an environment of affection, trust, and care, respecting each child's personal rhythm and attending to each one individually. The school offers English as a second language and a family school that advises families on questions related to their children's overall development. It has an educational team with qualifications and training in early childhood education that undergoes continuous training. The schedule is from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, distributed in several shifts to facilitate the reconciliation of work and family life, and can be modified from one day to the next. The center remains open every working day of the year, except for national, regional, and local holidays, and on December 24 and 31, in addition to closing one long weekend a year with prior notice. In August, it opens as a summer camp if there is sufficient demand to form a group. Enrollment is open, and the center offers discounts and assistance.
