C.R.A. DE LOZOYUELA

C.R.A. stands for Colegio Rural Agrupado. In small localities where the number of students does not allow for maintaining a classroom for each level, the centers are grouped and function as a single center, with the particularity that their classrooms are dispersed across several municipalities.

The center's headquarters are located in the municipalities of Lozoyuela, El Berrueco, and Montejo de la Sierra.

In the three localities, classes are taught from 3 years of Early Childhood Education to 6th grade of Primary Education. The center offers the second cycle of Early Childhood Education (3-6) and Primary (6-12).

Students are assigned to the I.E.S. de La Cabrera. Those who finish their stage in 2nd grade of Primary Education in Montejo de la Sierra are assigned to CEIP Pico de la Miel, in La Cabrera, or to CEIP Peñalta, in Buitrago del Lozoya, depending on their municipality of registration.

The center has been recognized with the National Award for Coexistence and Well-being in the School Environment 25-26.

The center has a cafeteria service and English teaching, as well as school transport and extended hours.
