Institut Josep Lladonosa

Institut Josep Lladonosa is a public center for Compulsory Secondary Education and Baccalaureate that also offers the International Baccalaureate. The latter is an international education program created by the International Baccalaureate Organization in 1968 and present in schools across five continents, aimed at developing students' intellectual, personal, emotional, and social skills to adapt to a globalized world.

In ESO, the curriculum is organized by areas of knowledge: linguistic (Catalan language and literature, Spanish language and literature, and foreign languages — English, French, and German), mathematical, scientific-technological, social, artistic, physical education, and culture and values. The studies aim to consolidate the content from previous stages, introduce students to other fields of knowledge, and provide guidance for entering active and professional life. The center includes swimming at Trèvol in 1st and 2nd ESO, a community service through service-learning, and elective subjects in 3rd and 4th, including computer science, entrepreneurship, classical culture, Latin, second foreign language, or music, among others.

The center works with digital tools such as IEDUCA, Moodle, Classroom, and XTEC. Throughout the year, student exchanges for 1st Baccalaureate are organized, projects in various subjects, talks, the celebration of Sant Jordi week, and participation in the Saló de l'Ensenyament.
