Escola La Closa

Escola La Closa is a public center located in Esterri d'Àneu, in the Pallars Sobirà region. It offers early childhood education (second cycle, ages 3 to 6) and primary education (ages 6 to 12), with Catalan as the medium of instruction. The center provides a school meal service and has school transportation available.

The educational activities are organized by grades, from I3 to 6th grade, and include areas such as foreign languages, mathematics, STEAM, music, and physical education. The center develops its own educational project, as well as institutional documents including the linguistic project, communication plan, coexistence project, digital strategy, and educational commitment letter. It also has a school transportation plan and a meteorological emergency plan.

Among the center's initiatives are oral expression activities in Spanish, artistic projects in early childhood education, and complementary activities such as camps. The educational community is organized around the AFA, which groups the families of the students from Escola La Closa and Institut Morelló.
