CEIP Andalucía is a public educational center located in Córdoba, in the Sur district. It offers the second cycle of Early Childhood Education and the stage of Primary Education, with Spanish as the language of instruction.
Among its plans and projects are the School Garden, which has its own materials and videos, and the Dynamic Playgrounds program. The center develops emotional workshops and a radio workshop aimed at 5th and 6th-grade students. Additionally, with funding from the State Pact against Gender Violence, it has carried out educational workshops conducted by the NGO Intered, aimed at analyzing the situation of women in society, reflecting on gender equality, and providing tools to identify stereotypes and roles. The students in 3rd and 4th grades participate in activities at the Road Education Center, with a theoretical part on traffic rules and a practical part in a circuit with bicycles. The center also organizes a transition activity from Early Childhood Education to Primary, where 5-year-old students get to know their future classroom and playground.
Throughout the school year, celebrations and outings are scheduled as listed on its website, such as the graduation of 6th-grade students, the end-of-year trip, the Water Festival, Environment Day, the Coexistence for Equality, European Family Day, International Day of Women Mathematicians, Day of Historical and Democratic Memory, the visit to the Sierra Morena Sports Club, and the "Beyond Your Steps" activity by Paco Salinas. In Early Childhood Education, birthday parties and a party in a ball park are celebrated. The center maintains profiles on Instagram and Facebook, where it periodically publishes news and events aimed at the educational community.
