Lli Privada El Barrufet

El Barrufet is a private nursery (llar d'infants and escola bressol) located in Calafell, in the Calafell platja area, that provides the first cycle of Early Childhood Education. The center presents itself as a completely renovated nursery, with opening hours until 6:00 PM, and has a natural environment that encourages children's curiosity and discovery.

Its educational project is organized around four identity traits: a space of well-being and happiness where families share trust with the teaching team; educational proposals based on play and experimentation, understanding the child as a builder of their own learning; the development of creativity in early childhood through proposals with textures, shapes, and colors; and attention to integral development in emotional, cognitive, socio-affective, and psychomotor areas. The daily routine of the center includes seeing, playing, touching, getting messy, listening, painting, and walking, and the team of educators has experience and ongoing training.

Among the services offered are the cafeteria, reception, laundry, and parent school, in addition to a Summer Camp. The center promotes collaboration and involvement of families, with fluid communication and free access to classrooms when dropping off and picking up children, personalized tutoring, evaluations during the course, and meetings and workshops aimed at families.
