ARCE

Centro Arce is a private vocational training center in Bilbao, specializing in hairdressing and aesthetics within the field of Personal Image. Its offerings include both regulated and non-regulated training. It provides Medium Degree cycles in Hairdressing and Hair Cosmetics and in Aesthetics and Beauty, as well as Higher Degree in Integral Aesthetics and Wellbeing. It also offers Basic Degree, which allows obtaining the title of Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO). Additionally, it has subsidized training for unemployed and employed individuals through the Basque Employment Service (LANBIDE). Instruction is offered in Spanish and Basque, with linguistic models A and B, and in morning and afternoon schedules. The center has over 30 years of experience in personal image training.

The teaching staff has extensive experience in the sector and undergoes continuous training. The methodology is based on collaborative learning through challenges, following the ETHAZI model, a teaching-learning strategy promoted by the Vice-Ministry of Education of the Basque Government. Students can participate in the Erasmus+ program to undertake internships abroad in the last year of each cycle, in areas such as hairdressing, barbering, aesthetics, beauty, manicure, treatments, micropigmentation, or hair removal. Career opportunities include hair salons, cosmetology companies, aesthetic centers, spas, product and service sales consulting, or entrepreneurship.

The center is located in the Casco Viejo of Bilbao, with good public transport connections (metro, bus, train, and tram). Its opening hours are uninterrupted from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The educational offer is both morning and evening, making it easier to combine studies with work.
