Lli Privada El Tricicle

El Tricicle is a private nursery recognized by the Generalitat de Catalunya, located in the Sants neighborhood of Barcelona. It caters to the first cycle of Early Childhood Education for children aged 0 to 3 years. The vehicular language of the center is Catalan.

The center has six spacious rooms with abundant natural light and direct access to the garden, equipped with furniture and materials adapted for children, as well as a water area with toilets, sinks, and changing tables. It features a sunny garden with a sandpit, toys, and motor play modules, along with plants and flowers, aimed at fostering interaction, curiosity, trust, and social skills. It also has its own kitchen, with a cook integrated into the team who prepares balanced menus daily adapted to the children's age and possible dietary needs.

The pedagogical project is structured around respect for children's motor development, freedom of movement, emotional bonds with educators, and the progressive development of autonomy in daily activities, emphasizing daily moments such as meals, sleep, and hygiene. The team consists of qualified professionals in early childhood education, in ongoing training, and with monthly pedagogical advice. Communication with families is daily, both at entry and exit times and through a mobile application. The center opens every day from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and the school year runs from early September to late July. It offers individualized visits to get to know the spaces and the educational project. Among its services and facilities are a dining room, school garden, chapel, playground, school transport, early riser service, extended hours, and extracurricular activities.
