Escola Seat

Escola Seat is a public educational center in Barcelona that provides early childhood education, with levels I3, I4, and I5, and primary education from first to sixth grade. Students are organized into communities of small, medium, and large groups. Among its services are the cafeteria, reception area, extracurricular activities, and summer camp. The center has its own management documentation, such as the educational project of the center, the linguistic project — with the experimental language plan — the organizational and operational rules, and a coexistence project that includes coexistence spaces.

It develops various projects, including initiatives linked to UNICEF, Escoles + Sostenibles, Dansa Ara, Cantània, and swimming pool activities. Family participation is organized through the AFA and mixed commissions, and the center has a letter of commitment. The life of the center is also open to the environment with sections dedicated to the relationship between the school and the neighborhood. For the 2026-2027 school year, the center works on the theme of countries of the world, and throughout the year, activities such as radio workshops or coexistence campaigns involving students are carried out.
