Eb Privada El Gall I La Gallina

El Gall i la Gallina is a private early childhood education school located in Montjuïc, in the Sants-Montjuïc district of Barcelona. It offers early childhood education in the first cycle (0-3) and second cycle (3-6), with Catalan and English as languages, with English being its third language. The center presents itself as a living, non-confessional, pluralistic, and coeducational school, without distinction for religious, ethnic, or sexual reasons. Its educational project places the child at the center of all activity and learning. The educational team accompanies the children by providing them with tools to progress freely, and families play a very important role. The school aims to equip the child with tools for their development, allowing them to know and understand the world they live in and to have critical capacity towards it, as well as to develop harmoniously to be happy individuals.

The project arose from a group of mothers and teachers who decided to create an educational space where they could find what made them feel secure, a place with the necessary material and human resources for their children. From this concern, L'Escola Bressol El Gall i la Gallina Badal was born, recognized by the Departament de la Generalitat. The center also presents itself as a nursery and early childhood education center, with a playground and playroom.
