Pare Manyanet

Pare Manyanet is a semi-private school located on Travessera de les Corts, in the Les Corts district of Barcelona. It was founded in 1964 with the intention of improving future society through education, and since then it has been transforming the center in pedagogical, methodological, and architectural aspects. It offers nursery, early childhood education, primary education, secondary education, and high school.

Its educational proposal is based on Christian education and seeks the integral formation of the student, understanding the center as both a home and a school. The family is taken as a reference for the relational climate desired in the center, based on welcome, simplicity, and friendliness, and each student is known and valued by their name. The pedagogical project includes cooperative work in small groups, where activities with common objectives are only resolved with the collaboration of all members, and emotional education, aimed at knowing and managing emotions to act assertively and improve personal well-being and learning.

The center is defined as a multilingual school and promotes linguistic immersion. Aware of the importance of languages and adaptability, it participates in various international projects. Likewise, it presents itself as a meeting place between educators (parents and teachers) and students, who are the protagonists of their own educational process.
