Escola Badalona Port

Escola Badalona Port is a public school in Badalona that provides early childhood education, from the first cycle (0-3) to the second (3-6), and primary education (6-12). Teaching is conducted in Spanish and Catalan, and the English language is taught through motivation and play, with songs in the early childhood classroom.

The center offers a midday service, with its own space where activities and celebrations are developed throughout the year, and has a school library. It has an educational project and a digital strategy, and carries out initiatives such as the reading mentorship program, where students from higher grades help the younger ones read, and the Consell dels Infants, with participation in the children's plenary of the city. Among the activities included are the Setmana de Suport Vital, where students learn to act in emergencies and practice cardiopulmonary resuscitation, research projects on food webs, democracy, or plants, and outings and proposals linked to local traditions and contact with other entities in Badalona. The school has been recognized as an Escola lliure de violències. The AFA is part of the educational community.
