C.P.E.E. Gloria Fuertes

C.P.E.E. Gloria Fuertes is a public special education school located in Andorra (Teruel). Its educational project is organized around six lines of work: psychomotricity, multisensory stimulation, augmentative and alternative communication, artistic education, educational and social inclusion, and vocational training aimed at labor insertion. The center also has a resource center, with management and advisory functions, and offers an Initial Qualification Program among its teachings.

Throughout its history, the school has continuously participated in European projects, with a trajectory of twenty-five years in this field, including experiences from the Comenius and Erasmus+ programs, both for cooperation and for observation and exchange of good practices. These initiatives have materialized in projects such as life in protected areas, art without borders, the magic room, walking towards inclusion, towards a healthy and responsible adult life, growing together, as well as study visits and stays in Finland and Poland. The center is part of the UNESCO Associated Schools and has received the Educational Merit Medal from the Government of Aragón. Its declared mission is to educate people for life, and its school hours extend from Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
