Escola Bertí

Escola Bertí is a public educational center located in L'Ametlla del Vallès. It offers early childhood education, with the first cycle (0-3 years) and second cycle (3-6 years), and primary education (6-12 years). The vehicular language of the center is Catalan and it has a school canteen service. It also has a parents' association, the AFA Bertí, and its activities are organized around its own educational project and the center's projects.

Among the center's projects, there is a radio and podcast space, where students from the upper cycle create their own scripts and practice oral expression, with cooperative work and the use of digital technologies for recording, editing, and assembling. The center has also joined the Legiland platform, a reading promotion program based on structured questionnaires by chapters that aims to spark interest in reading and improve text comprehension.

The center's information is managed through the XTEC environment of the Generalitat, where documents such as the educational project, the center's projects, the informative and regulatory dossier for each course, the annual general programming, and the textbooks for each level are published. The school council is the participation body of the educational community and the agreements adopted in its sessions are published. The center also disseminates its initial offer of places and organizes open days to inform families about its operation.
