Ceip Mora Puchol

CEIP Mora Puchol is a public school in Alicante, located in the Polígono de Babel neighborhood. It is part of the eleven public schools in educational zone number 2, in the Benalúa-Babel area, a constantly expanding area. The center was built in 1978 and offers second cycle Early Childhood Education (ages 3 to 6) and Primary Education (ages 6 to 12).

Throughout the school year, the center develops various activities and celebrations with its students. On Poetry Day, it worked on the relationship between poetry and music, and on the School Day of Non-Violence and Peace, it organized a proposal titled "Cooking for Peace," where each group created its own recipe with the values they deemed necessary for coexistence. On November 25, International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, a joint event was held in which sixth-grade students read a manifesto in defense of equality and respect. A Festival of Nations dedicated to multiculturalism has also been held, a multidisciplinary project in which the areas of Arts, Music, and Interdisciplinary Projects participated, and in which each group created material about one of the countries present in the educational community.

Outside the center, second, fourth, and sixth-grade students visited a residence for the elderly in La Florida to sing Christmas carols to its residents. The center has an Educational Project and, within this framework, a PIIE for the 2025-2026 school year.
